Thompson Dallas The Event Planning Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, conferences, and social events. Responsible for servicing both group business and local events, this role manages all event details from contract review to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up. The Event Planning Manager partners closely with hotel departments to align on logistics for guest rooms, food & beverage, meeting space, and billing -while proactively solving challenges and enhancing the guest experience. A critical contributor to revenue growth, this role also focuses on re-booking and expanding existing accounts.
