Our client, a renowned hospitality group celebrated for its exceptional guest experiences, is seeking an imaginative and highly organized Event Planning Manager to join their team in Boise, Idaho . You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor negotiation and management (catering, AV, decor, entertainment), budget development and control, timeline management, and on-site execution; developing creative event concepts and themes; coordinating with clients to define event objectives, needs, and expectations; ensuring seamless event flow and guest satisfaction; troubleshooting any issues that arise during events; post-event analysis and reporting; and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in event planning, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry. This hybrid position allows for a balance of in-office planning and on-site event management, offering a dynamic work environment.
