Event Planning Manager

Our client, a renowned entity within the Hospitality & Tourism sector, is seeking an experienced and creative Event Planning Manager for their operations based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, US . This role is instrumental in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing a diverse range of high-profile events, from corporate conferences and galas to public celebrations and promotional activities. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their vision and ensure seamless execution that exceeds expectations. Key responsibilities include developing detailed event proposals, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing event timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise before, during, or after an event. A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in event planning and management is required.
