EVENT PLANNING MANAGER

Summary At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. This position acts as the liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff- overseeing the customer experience from file turnover through the post event phase. Event Planning Managers also are the group’s on-site contacts and are responsible for the smooth execution of all events. This is the Hyatt Touch. Refined verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in general computer knowledge Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience preferred Prefer two years hotel experience
