This role acts as the liaison between Meeting Planners/clients and hotel colleagues to coordinate event details, manage room blocks and billing instructions, and ensure the smooth on-site execution and post-event reconciliation of assigned events. Strong organization, accuracy, multitasking, and time management; refined written and verbal communication. Experience with hotel/catering/event systems is a plus.
