The Event Planning Manager drives catering and event revenue by managing both new and returning clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. Serve as the onsite contact for all assigned groups, collaborating with clients to produce Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Convention Resumes. Ensure all special arrangements (Food & Beverage, Audio Visual, and other requests) are properly documented, authorized, and distributed to relevant departments. Knowledge of catering, event planning, and convention services. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
