The role available at Cheyenne Mountain Resort is for an Event Planning Manager (EPM). The Event Planning Manager will be instrumental in planning and coordinating all group activities and events at the resort, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for clients throughout every stage of their event. Serving as the primary liaison between clients and resort staff, the EPM is responsible for proactively anticipating and meeting client needs, ensuring that all expectations are exceeded. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence, this role is perfect for individuals who thrive in detail-oriented, fast-moving environments and who are passionate about delivering outstanding service experiences. • Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hotel event sales or event planning • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull moderate weight • Highly organized and detail oriented • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong customer service orientation
