Discipleship Ministries The Event Planning Manager oversees and facilitates leadership of all aspects and details of event/meeting planning from site selection to vendor negotiation, event registration (live and digital), onsite staffing and post-event reporting while coordinating with Strategic Marketing Director. Works directly with the Strategic Marketing Director, Creative Services Manager, finance department and other Discipleship Ministries staff on digital management of contracts, tradeshow displays, location signage and hospitality, and full range of event-related duties. Works with the Strategic Marketing Director to ensure all large and small events meet quality standards that raise the brand of Discipleship Ministries, are delivered on time and on budget. Three to five years' experience of event planning or similar experience.
