The Event Planning Manager will act as the vital link between meeting planners and hotel departments, orchestrating all aspects of the event planning process. As the on-site contact throughout events, this role demands a hands-on, organized professional capable of managing multiple details simultaneously while demonstrating Hyatt’s core values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing. • High school diploma or equivalent • minimum two years of event planning experience preferably in hotel environment • excellent communication skills • proficiency with computer applications • strong organizational skills • ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities • willingness to work flexible hours as needed
