The Event Planning Manager will serve as the primary liaison between hotel operations and clients hosting meetings, conferences, and events. • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event objectives and translate them into detailed, executable plans. • Conduct pre-convention meetings and walkthroughs, communicate event details with precision, and respond to last-minute requests with poise and professionalism. • Support the sales team by contributing to the pre-event planning process and offering creative, on-brand solutions that elevate the guest experience. • Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement, upselling, and guest satisfaction enhancements.
