**Event Planning Coordinator (Remote)** In this role, you will support our executive leadership and marketing team in developing our brand, marketing strategies, and coordinating public events. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the executive event planning calendar and schedule meetings as required - Plan, organize, and execute 6 annual events/conferences, including researching, scheduling, booking, and attending for pre/post setup and breakdown - Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing materials for various events and conferences - Research local and national industry events/conferences for our executives to attend as guest speakers, panelists, etc. - Support the marketing analyst with social media posts, reposts, and other activities - Plan, design, coordinate, communicate, and execute our annual global company retreat - Search and secure new guest speakers for our executive's podcast, "When Worlds Unite: HR & AI" - Support the promotion and various activities related to volunteer and charity events our executives attend - Assist our executives with any additional assignments and tasks as needed • *Qualifications and Experience:**
