Overview: The Sales and Marketing Coordinator works with the GM and Event Planners to conduct venue tours, prepares/sends tour follow up communication, assists with preparing client proposals, and provides support for administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Conduct venue tours with potential clients • Create and send follow up emails to tour clients • Coordinate proposals through the Event Planners • Booking calendar maintenance • Develop and create content for JH/BB websites, social media platforms and paid platforms like Wedding Wire, The Knot, etc. • May be required to work additional hours as dictated by the workload and staffing.
