Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute event plans to ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations. • Promote and sell craft classes and workshops to customers. • Manage event budgets and track expenses to achieve profitability targets. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution. Additional Duties: Participate in daily store cleanliness activities, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
