This role involves working closely with Directors to achieve annual plans for private events through strategic sales, prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives. You will become proficient in catering management software, collaborate with the accounting department, and provide timely reports. You will also oversee marketing strategies and materials, manage private event social media content, and greet members and clients on event days.
