Required Education: • Minimum Associate's degree required. Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • 2-3 years of event planning/project management experience • Located in Miami so must be able to work on-site to assist with event coordination at the Miami marlins stadium. • Work 3-4 days during the work week to allow 2 days off a week which will vary based on the MLB baseball schedule (since weekends are a requirement) • The shift will vary if there is a weekend home game or not. ), and assistance with shipping logistics for events • Operations/Logistics – May include invoice management, Certificate of Insurance oversight, copy review, research and suggestions for improvement/recommendations • The location of the work will be a mix – Some weekend work (Sat/Sun) during home games in Miami in the Marlins stadium.
