Eager to hire an Event Planning Coordinator/Program Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis to work in the Mountain Time Zone FULLY remote. Must have Corporate Event Planning experience. • Maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives and internal employees throughout the meeting planning process • Coordinating onsite and virtual meetings • Handle daily phone and email support up to and including communication with sales representatives and faculty • Running various reports • Setting up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings • Communication with Clients and Faculty • Ability to handle a high call and program volume • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Be available to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs • Ideally seeking 2+ years’ experience in field or related area • Strong Excel skills – big plus Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 37.5 per week
