The Exhibit and Sponsorship Specialist for the Meetings and Conferences (M&C) department assists and coordinates exhibitor services communication program and the execution of sold sponsorship opportunities and products for face-to-face events. This includes tracking and communicating with Exhibit/Sponsor customers about deliverables and tasks necessary to prepare their exhibit, content or sponsorship at each Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) event to achieve the Association's short- and long-term goals, of increasing exhibitor and sponsor satisfaction and retention. ?Strong ability in digital conference management software and solutions ?Experience in Association Conference planning is preferred. ?Ability to operate PC/keyboard and other office productivity equipment
