The Impact You'll Make in this Role As an Event Planning Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Develops strong partnerships with corporate travel agency, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the success of events. Determines priorities and timelines, collaborates effectively with Event Planning Coordinator, and is accountable for the activities and results of assigned events. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Five (5) years of experience in managing corporate meeting/event planning, including medical education programs, marketing programs and advisory meetings for physicians and other healthcare professionals in a private, public, government or military environment Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and professional event management software/systems (Cvent, event mobile app, etc) Knowledge of Pharma Guidelines and AdvaMed Code of Ethics.
