Job Summary This role supports the efficient coordination of resources, spaces, and events that foster entrepreneurial innovation and engagement across the university community. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and execute various events such as conferences, workshops, and seminars • Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure timely completion of tasks • Provide administrative support to the team, including responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials • Maintain accurate records and databases related to events and attendees • Develop and implement strategies to promote events and increase attendance Requirements • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • At least two years of experience in event planning, operations or a related field • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities across events, facilities, and operations • Experience supervising staff or student workers • Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Airtable, and Outlook • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
