• *Key Responsibilities** The Conference Coordinator plans and executes internal and external events at the west campus, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings. They develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and community partners to ensure smooth event execution. Key tasks include managing event calendars, coordinating logistics, handling communication, and problem-solving during events. The Coordinator ensures that events are conducted in accordance with LCC policies and procedures and maintains accurate records of event details.
