As part of the Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services division, the Event Planning Specialist supports the Associate Director in the overall vision of a best-in-class event management team that functions as a shared service across the company. The Coordinate will support the execution of the event project plan under the direction of the direction of the event manager leading the event. + Support the management and execution of a selected corporate events that are executed to the highest possible standards with direction from the event lead. + Manage the end-to-end planning of medium size tradeshow events that include the ordering of show services, coordination of booth shipping and drayage. + Manage the creation of internal briefing documents and the communication to the event staff on the event details and execution plans.
