**Event Planning Specialist Role** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that every event is organized, on schedule, and meets client expectations. • The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Coordinate and oversee event planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics • Communicate with clients to understand their goals and expectations • Source and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers • Supervise on-site event setup and takedown • Resolve any issues that arise during planning or execution • Track event performance and provide post-event reports • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Maintain organized records of event details, invoices, and contracts • *Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 2 years of event coordination or similar experience • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
