Key Responsibilities: • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new catering opportunities • Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed targets through effective planning and execution • Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and expertise • Evaluate event orders against standard operating procedure (SOP) guidelines to ensure seamless delivery • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee exceptional service and efficient breakdown of events • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes About the Role: This position oversees the planning and execution of catered functions for 10-200 guests, focusing on weddings and social events. Amadeus/Delphi knowledge is a plus.
