Event Planning Specialist

Hybrid Schedule in the Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC Event Planning and Execution: • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and target audiences • Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas • Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for customer events, including conferences, internal sales and leadership meetings, and executive retreats • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources (e.g., hotel, food and beverage, audio-visual equipment, transportation) • Manage event budgets, source venues, negotiate contracts, and track expenses • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field • 5 or more years of experience as a Corporate Event Planner • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, including C-Suite • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) • Familiar with Marketo or other marketing automation software • Creativity and adaptability to manage diverse event formats and themes • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines By empowering customers and their borrowers, Enact seeks to positively impact the lives of those in the communities in which it serves in a sustainable way.
