We are seeking an experienced and skilled Special Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing special events that showcase our organization's mission and values. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the success of these events, from conception to completion. • *Responsibilities and Requirements:** • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special events • Develop and manage budgets for events • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution • Ensure timely and accurate communication with attendees, sponsors, and other stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials for events • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation • Develop and implement contingency plans to address unexpected event challenges • Maintain detailed records of event activities, including attendance, revenue, and expenses • Analyze event data to inform future event planning and strategy • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures • *Requirements:** • Minimum of two years demonstrated event experience. • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, marketing, communications).
