Event Planning Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Event Planning Specialist to join our Stryker team. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in planning and executing world-class events.If you’re an organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for events and hospitality, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in event planning, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. You should also be creative and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n-Develop, manage, and coordinate event timelines, tasks, and budgets -Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, decoration, and transportation -Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful event execution -Identify and secure event sponsors -Source and manage vendors for events -Handle all customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction -Develop and implement strategies to increase event attendance -Create promotional materials and social media campaigns -Monitor event performance and post-event evaluations -Develop and maintain relationships with event stakeholders Stryker is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
