Event Planning Specialist

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) North Chicago, 60064 Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Temp-to-Perm) The Event Planning Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise recruiting events, diversity conferences, and talent acquisition initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of event or conference planning experience.Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience with digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with talent CRM or event management tools such as SmartRecruiters, Phenom People, Asana, or Yello is preferred.Recruiting or Diversity & Inclusion experience is a plus.
