Event Planning Specialist

Stryker is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our events team as an Event Planning Specialist. If you have experience planning events, possess superior organizational and communication skills, and are looking for a rewarding role in an exciting industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Required Qualifications:• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to think strategically and creatively when it comes to event planning• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment• Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure all event details are finalized prior to the event. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure event goals and objectives are met. Monitor event progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
