Key Responsibilities As a full-time event planner at Foundation Software, you will be responsible for assisting our Event Planning Manager with contract negotiations, vendor coordination, agenda creation, food and beverage selection, audiovisual support, travel arrangements, and all event logistics. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across departments and build strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
