A Student Manager will support and overlook the general operations of Newcomb Hall & 1515 and any other associated facilities around Grounds including both student activity and academic spaces. A Student Manager will provide front-line customer service and reception for students, visitors, faculty, and staff. Responsibilities: • Supervise student workers • Create and Manage Weekly Schedule • Document employee attendance • Train new student employees • Answer questions from student employees regarding employment, training, scheduling and policies • Serve as a liaison between student staff and professional staff • Provide verbal and written feedback on strategic initiatives that could be implemented to improve Newcomb Hall • Recruit other student employees • Other responsibilities may be assigned • Be fully trained in ALL of the responsibilities of an Operations Assistant: • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients. Skills/Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills and professional work habits • Ability to communicate and partner with a diverse group of stakeholders.
