Event Producer

This position is responsible for producing parties and events for the Overlook Film Festival, including coordinating with venues, vendors, and product sponsors, supervising setup, decoration, and tear down, and creating and coordinating run-of-show for each special event during the Festival. Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with a wide variety of people. Ability to work well on a team, take direction, demonstrate initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Conflict management skills. The 2026 Overlook Film Festival will take place April 9-12, 2026 Must be based in the New Orleans area or have regular access to the city and venues of the festival.
