Key Responsibilities
Own and lead event production projects, ensuring seamless onsite execution and on-time, on-budget delivery
Manage client relationships and provide clear communication regarding roles, responsibilities, and budgets
Develop and manage project budgets while overseeing coordination with internal parties on invoices and vendor payments
Required Qualifications
5+ years of proven event production experience
Strong leadership and team coaching skills
Extraordinary organizational skills and self-motivation
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of technical knowledge related to permitting, fabrication, and AV production
