Leading production efforts for a retained tech industry client, the full-time Executive Event Producer will supervise and coordinate an annual portfolio of events from conception to execution, managing budgets, timelines, and project delivery while overseeing multiple production teams. Key responsibilities: Lead production efforts by scoping projects, developing timelines, and advising clients on production needs Execute large and complex projects, managing project teams, schedules, and communications Develop production talent by overseeing all technical elements related to event execution Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred 10+ years of proven event production experience required 5-7 years of management or supervisory experience Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams Thorough understanding of permitting standards related to event production
