Position Overview The Event Producer turns client goals into a clear, executable event experience. This role develops the creative and production approach, manages stakeholder communication, shapes run of show, coordinates vendors and internal departments, protects scope and budget, and leads decision-making before and during the event. What we are looking for Professional experience producing corporate, live, nonprofit, or community events.Strong client leadership, writing, presentation, budgeting, and schedule management.Working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, streaming, and event logistics.Ability to make calm, timely decisions with incomplete information.Availability for travel and nonstandard event schedules.
