Hana April Inc. is a luxury event planning and production company seeking a highly organized, motivated, and client-focused Event Producer to support the planning and execution of exceptional social, wedding, and corporate events from concept through completion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. The Event Producer works closely with the Director of Operations to help bring events to life while ensuring a seamless experience for clients, vendors, and guests.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of social, wedding, and corporate events from initial concept through post-event closeout.Partner with the Director of Operations to execute event details, timelines, and deliverables.Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, vendors, and event partners.Coordinate vendor communications, schedules, and logistics.Manage event production timelines and track project milestones.Assist with event setup, execution, troubleshooting, and breakdown.Ensure event details are communicated accurately and executed to company standards.Support post-event follow-up, vendor reconciliation, and project closeout activities.Collaborate on event design, styling, and creative execution.Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through.Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in high-stress situations.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong client service and relationship management skills.Experience coordinating vendors, timelines, and event logistics.Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused.Event planning, event production, hospitality, or related experience preferred.Creative background or strong design sense is a plus.

Details

Full-time position.Twin Cities metro area.Occasional evening and weekend availability required based on event schedules.

Compensation

Salary up to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
