What You'll Do: • Plan, direct, and coordinate social and corporate events • Manage client relationships up to 6 months prior to events • Finalize or create menus, event design, layouts, and timelines within event budgets • Coordinate with vendors to procure staffing and equipment, including internal staff like kitchen and warehouse/delivery teams • Oversee on-site event management, including staff supervision • Undertake additional projects and research as required What You'll Need: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant industry experience considered in lieu of degree • Minimum 2 years of event production experience • High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills • Proficiency in Caterease and All Seated software preferred • Comfortable with nontraditional hours and excited by meticulous details • Proven ability to strategize, problem-solve, and build strong relationships • Capacity to adapt in a growing and expanding company environment • Ability to build trust through integrity and honesty with team members, clients, and vendors Join us at Joel Catering and be part of a team dedicated to excellence in event execution and client satisfaction.
