The Event Producer will work in partnership with the Customer, Global Helpdesk, and internal teams to provide on-premises support. as necessary according to client guidelines. • Set up, testing, operation, and tear down of audio visual (AV), video conference equipment and room ambience equipment (lighting, etc. • Provide end to end support of the technology and the event. • Interact in person, by phone, &/or e-mail directly with client management & end-users as part of the Event Services Team.
