Event producer

The Event Producer will work in partnership with the Customer, Global Helpdesk, and internal teams to provide on-premises support. as necessary according to client guidelines. Set up, testing, operation, and tear down of audio visual (AV), video conference equipment and room ambience equipment (lighting, etc. • Provide end to end support of the technology and the event. • Liaise, recommend, plan, and execute all event spaces / auditoriums-based events and meetings, in collaboration with the client.
