Lauren O & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Event Producer to join our planning team. This part-time, entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the wedding and events industry, with a strong desire to learn from an experienced team in a supportive, hospitality-driven environment. The Event Producer will work closely with our Lead Planner and Director of Operations to assist in the coordination and execution of full-service weddings and events. Be available to travel to weddings and events primarily across North Carolina and select destinations, with 8- 20 weekends per year on-site. Ideal Candidate Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, or project coordination (internships included) • A strong interest in weddings, event design, and client experience • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills • Strong visual taste and an eye for detail • Tech savvy—comfortable using Asana, Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM platforms (e.g., Dubsado) • Calm under pressure, proactive in problem-solving, and quick on your feet • Values representation, hospitality, equity, and collaboration • Weekend and travel availability required.
