Event Producer

A company is looking for an Event Producer to support the planning and execution of conferences and brand experiences on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Oversee planning and execution of third-party conferences, including sponsorships and on-site logistics Produce first-party events from concept to completion, such as networking receptions and executive dinners Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience producing third-party conferences and proprietary events Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events concurrently Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and logistics coordination Experience managing event budgets and financial reporting Highly organized and adaptable to evolving priorities in a fast-moving environment
