Event Producer

This role supports a design-focused team dedicated to elevating the impact of design across the organization, with a focus on delivering seamless operational planning and execution for large-scale internal events of 2,500–3,000 attendees. This role requires an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has a proven track record in managing large-scale event operations and process optimization. • Drive process optimization and implement tools for improved efficiency (Airtable, Smartsheets, Asana). Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within technology, digital services, or large-scale event operations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure leadership alignment.
