Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in event production or event planning
Proven experience managing large-scale events with 500+ attendees
Strong skills in project management, client communication, and vendor negotiation
Ability to create and interpret event designs and layouts
Proficient in coordinating logistics including vendor management and on-site event oversight
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Availability for evening and weekend work
Reliable transportation for local travel within metro Atlanta
