Event Producer - Event/Conference Consultant

The Event Producer will play a crucial role in the Event and Conference Management Team at MassMutual, responsible for executing small to medium-sized meetings and events. This position involves consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure their vision is realized within budget constraints, managing all aspects of event planning from sourcing venues to on-site execution, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process. Responsibilities • Consult with internal lines of business to execute small to medium size meetings and events. , • Lead meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Requirements • Bachelor's degree , • 7+ years' experience in meeting/event/conference planning , • 1+ years of experience with CVENT , • 1+ years of experience with Event Project Management tools (e.g., Airtable) , • 1+ years of experience in PowerPoint , • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed for event execution , • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the year.
