Responsibilities • Consult with internal lines of business to execute small to medium size meetings and events. • Lead meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment. • Oversee food and beverage management for events. • Execute events on-site, including vendor management and registration oversight. Requirements • Bachelor's degree • 7+ years' experience in meeting/event/conference planning • 1+ years of experience with CVENT • 1+ years of experience with Event Project Management tools (e.g., Airtable) • 1+ years of experience in PowerPoint • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed for event execution • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the year.
