Event Producer- Evntiv

St. Louis, Missouri-based EVNTIV, an innovative event planning and entertainment agency is looking for an industry leader with 4+ years’ experience in planning and executing events, meetings and entertainment programs... This position requires working with top organizations to identify core mission objectives for the event they wish to host, create an event strategy based on those objectives and lead a team to execute the event. A high level of client service is required for this position. Duties • Assist Senior Team in sales process • Point of contact for clients • Manage day-to-day needs for many on-going projects • Draft, edit and deliver proposals to clients • Draft, update and send contracts and invoices • Create and distribute schedules • Draft accurate profit & loss reports • Venue research, contracting and negotiation • Caterer selection, contracting and negotiation • Source pricing and place orders for rentals (tables, chairs, glasses, etc.) • Must be able to excel without constant supervision • Willingness to learn and develop new skills • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and positive attitude a must!
