This role works closely with clients to develop and execute a clear vision for the guest experience while ensuring all event details are accurately documented and communicated to support seamless execution. • Manage the booking and planning of all internal Ford House events from initial booking through final execution, coordinating logistics, timelines, guest counts, menus, and event requirements. • Collaborate closely with Ford House leadership, culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all departments involved in event planning and execution. • 1+ years of experience in sales, event production, coordination, or service industry • Experience with Caterease, Salesforce, Social Tables, or similar event systems
