Cassady Ave. Columbus, OH 43219Class: Full-TimeReports to: Director of Creative ServicesJob OverviewAbout Bartha: We partner with clients big and small to provide full-service event production across the nation.About Position: The executive producer is responsible for pre-event meetings and site visits; coordination of vendors; participation in internal and client meetings; utilization of strong operational and management skills to oversee budgets and complete projects on or before deadline; on-site execution of events. These duties are completed under the supervision of the Director of Creative Services.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the development of creative items and on-site delivery to clients. This includes communicating client needs with internal graphic and set designers.Collaborates with clients, from Presidents to event planners, to plan and execute events of all sizes.Collaborates with account executives and production managers, internal planning and logistics departments, and in-house vendors on-site to ensure client needs are addressed and executed properly.Tracks all invoices and expenses against the budget and communicates regularly with account executives about changes.Ensures required documents, including scripts, technical show flows, and agendas, are up to date in shared folders and will work with production managers to ensure production packets are complete and accurate.Creates, manages, and ensures deadlines are met.Must be able to travel for extended periods.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects.Perform other related duties as required.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a show producer, planning and executing events of various sizes for business and professional organizations.Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and perform under deadlines.Ability to maintain collaborative project files and work on multiple projects at once.Ability to work collaboratively and adjust to last-minute changes and deadlines.Good understanding of rigging, lighting, audio, and video production.Neat and clean appearance with adherence to proper dress code, depending on the event and location.Communication Proficiency.Organizational Skills.Time Management.Technical Capacity.Ethical Conduct.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a warehouse environment, office environment, and on-location at various venues. Standing for extended periods on concrete floors and walking reasonable distances will be required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and photocopiers.
