Job Description The Event Producer will primarily be responsible for planning and coordinating all live event-related activities in the Event Production division of Studio46 Media. Event Producers are expected to be the primary point of contact between Studio46 and their Client throughout any project's life, taking the Client’s vision and creating a plan, quote(s), and other documentation as needed to facilitate appropriate communication to all affiliated parties or vendors. The Event Producer will report to the Operations Director of Event Production. Key Job Responsibilities Production Planning: Production documentation (including, but not limited to:) Sales quotes Layout diagrams Equipment pull-sheets Run-of-show documents Teleprompter scripts Client Communication This includes all forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, video calls, and in-person meetings Timeliness of communication is paramount to the success of this role and is expected Coordination with venues and other vendors Adherence to company presentation standards and represent Studio46 Media to any / all parties involved with the operation of Studio46’s business Working with venue and vendors to deliver necessary documentation promptly and professionally (load in/out times, rigging plots, stage plots, etc.) Ability to learn and use our inventory management & rental software/database system Knowledge of industry standards relating to audio, video, and lighting design Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
