You manage the unexpected with grace and stay focused on what you can control.Collaborative Partner:You work seamlessly with internal teams and clients alike, bringing everyone into alignment to ensure smooth planning and execution.ResponsibilitiesThe Primary job of the Event Producer includes but is not limited to:Inspire & guide clients in shaping their event vision to a final contract that aligns with the company standards and profitabilityBalance client expectations through the planning process with operational deliverablesManage event contracts, including rentals, diagrams, menus, decor, and other specific event detailsAttend weekly BEO meetings and department meetingsConduct and lead private and group culinary previewsResponsible for final BEOs and all details for smooth handoff for event executionNurtures and maintains existing & new client relationshipsWork collaboratively with all departments to ensure overall event successDevelop menus with clients alongside our Culinary TeamFacilitate inter-departmental communication and conflict resolution on client deliverablesDevelop high level understanding of our exclusive and off-premise venuesConduct site visits and final walkthroughsLead onsite event setup and support day-of execution as neededWork on-site event management shifts as neededAny additional tasks as needed to support the team and event successRequiredMinimum of 3+ years in events or hospitalityStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)High School diploma or equivalentAvailability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsAbility to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours at a timePreferredDegree or coursework in hospitality or related fieldExperience in events, hospitality, or related industryFamiliarity with CaterEase or similar event softwareDoes this sound like you?If you think you’d be a good fit for this role, we’d love to hear from you!
