The Producer is accountable for the successful planning, management, and execution of production events. Production Management • Responsible for assembling a team for show production, assigning responsibilities, setting expectations, and executing the event. • Responsible for properly planning resources and logistics across all assigned production work. Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based on an individual hotel or a representation of hotels in that city or area
